Various projects as being prime consultant on the Plumb Lane Armory site including replacement of semi-custom three rooftop units, control system upgrades and modifications, lighting replacement, and as-built drawing documentation. Replacement of rooftop units required structural and electrical modifications to accommodate safe relocation of units, reductions in electrical connected load, and advanced sequence of operations for garage door interlocks and setback occupancy controls. Replacement of multiple rooftop units with ductwork modifications, building controls system integration, energy efficiency upgrades and structural work for relocation of units.
