A 45,900 square foot homeless shelter in which we worked on the design for restroom spaces/facilities, intake program and cafeteria for the existing homeless shelter tent structure. Advanced calculations and construction methods for increased building health and envelope design by ensuring no condensation on structure. The project has undergone phasing for additional support buildings such that the function of the building is maintained through course of construction. All facilities are designed with robust construction for continuous operation.
