Remodel of the old Harrah’s Reno hotel casino into an apartment complex with offices and restaurants below. The buildings consist of three hotel tower, convention spaces, restaurants, show rooms and retail areas totaling 1.4 million square feet that is all being renovated. We performed load calculations for each tenant type, cost analyses for retrofitting equipment, bringing existing spaces up to code in a 100-year-old building. We worked partly on site directly with the contractors to provide construction administration services for this design-build project
