This project is a two-story, 12,300 square feet at the Sparks Marina Outlet Mall with a space design centered on a music stage. The tenant improvement includes a full bar, wine bar, a store, and an open layout. We designed a full commercial kitchen, dining area on two levels, a lounge area and two bars.
